Music connects people: At Geheimclub, it doesn’t matter who you are, how old you are, where you come from, whom or how you love, what you believe in, or what you do outside the club. Music brings together people of all kinds and unites them into one big family. Our guiding principle is simple: anyone who doesn’t look like trouble or a provocateur - and who is respectful, tolerant, and free of sexism, homophobia, stigma, or violent tendencies - gets in. At Geheimclub, we don’t just open when we expect a massive crowd; we open whenever the weekend rolls around - regardless of whether it’s the start or end of the month, a major event is taking place, or festival season has begun. We enjoy what we do at every event and are always here for our ravers. At Geheimclub, you know what to expect before you even step inside: Techno on the Gate7 floor and - depending on the event - a contrasting sound (such as House, Trance, Goa, Drum and Bass, or Breakbeat) on the Red Maze floor. We stay true to our sound. We don’t play Hardtekk, EDM, R&B/Hip-Hop, or Top 40 charts. Not because we don’t appreciate those genres, but because we are - and will remain - a Techno club. To help visitors better distinguish between the various facets of electronic music, we have incorporated some of them into specific event formats.

Quality is our most valuable asset; we make no compromises here. We stock a selection of over 150 spirits from around the world and more than 20 types of beer, and we also offer a range of over 20 non-alcoholic beverages. In our lounge opposite the main bar, you can chill, chat with friends, and catch your breath. Our sun deck is open year-round; in the summer, it features an outdoor dance floor with occasional DJ sets and plenty of seating areas. If you get hungry, we’ve got Funky Fries and Wacky Waffles!

We are a techno club, which implies - at least according to the stories told by people who have never actually been here - that every guest consumes, grows, and sells drugs, and that the club itself condones, supports, and encourages all of this. Hardly a guest arrives without having been warned by their taxi driver about the impending drug-fueled chaos. Even a paramedic once casually remarked in a completely different context: "Geheimclub? That’s where we have to pull people out of every weekend." We certainly would have known about that. To this day, the motivation behind spreading such devastating rumors remains a mystery to us.

But what is the reality? Naturally, we addressed this issue before the club even opened and developed a strategy to make drug use as unappealing as possible. This starts with rigorous security checks at the entrance and a constant staff presence inside the club. Drug use is - and always has been - strictly prohibited. However, bans alone don't help anyone; for us, education and prevention are more than just empty buzzwords. We’ve set up an information corner with leaflets detailing the effects and risks - particularly regarding polydrug use - of the most common substances. Education over judgment.
