Awareness Principles
- Everyone should feel accepted, safe, and comfortable, regardless of gender, sexuality, skin color, religion, or ethnic background. We do not tolerate any form of discrimination, antisemitism, racism, sexism, ableism, or ageism. Hate symbols, clothing that glorifies violence, or similar items are not welcome. Disrespectful or intrusive behavior - such as unwanted grinding, comments, or other forms of harassment - will result in immediate expulsion from the premises.
- If you feel threatened, harassed, or uncomfortable, please reach out to our awareness team or the club crew - or feel free to speak to the staff at the bar or the entrance. The same applies if you see someone else who needs help: check in with the person concerned or contact us. Don’t leave it to others to take action. You do not need to explain or justify your experience or what you have witnessed.
- "No" means "no" - that should be clear. Beyond that, follow the principle of consent: only "yes" means "yes." Conversations and interactions should only take place with mutual agreement. Pay attention to whether the other person is clearly signaling that they want to speak or otherwise interact with you. Regardless of how someone is dressed - it is not an invitation. If you find yourself in a situation where your "no" is not being accepted, please reach out to us; we are here to help.
All set? Then welcome to your personal safer space. Welcome to Geheimclub.
