General Terms and Conditions for Ticket Sales

As of September 2026

§ 1 Scope and Organizer

These General Terms and Conditions apply to the purchase of admission tickets (hereinafter referred to as “Tickets”) via the Geheimclub Magdeburg online ticket shop.

Unless a different organizer is expressly specified for the respective event, the organizer and contractual partner is:

Geheimclub Magdeburg
Proprietor: Enrico Ebert
Münchenhofstraße 37
39124 Magdeburg
Germany

E-Mail: info@geheimclub.de

A different organizer may be responsible for individual events. In such cases, the respective organizer will be indicated at the event or during the ticket purchase process.

§ 2 Subject matter of the contract

Tickets for events can be purchased via the ticket shop.

The ticket entitles the person named on the ticket or specified during the ordering process - or the respective ticket holder, depending on the ticket type - to attend the booked event.

There is no entitlement to specific seats, standing areas, or viewing spots unless these are expressly included in the booked ticket category.

§ 3 Conclusion of Contract

The display of events and tickets in the online ticket shop does not constitute a binding offer to enter into a contract.

The customer selects the desired event and, where applicable, the ticket type and quantity, and subsequently proceeds through the ordering process.

The data entered can be reviewed and corrected before the order is submitted.

By clicking the final order button - which is clearly marked as entailing a payment obligation - the customer places a binding order.

The contract is concluded upon confirmation of the order or upon the provision or transmission of the ticket.

The order confirmation is sent to the e-mail address provided by the customer.

§ 4 Prices and Payment

The prices stated in the ticket shop at the time of the order apply.

All final prices quoted to consumers include statutory price components and taxes, where applicable.

Any additional fees are listed separately before the order is finalized.

The available payment methods are displayed during the ordering process.

Entitlement to the ticket or its use may be made conditional upon full payment of the ticket price.

§ 5 Electronic tickets

Tickets are generally provided electronically, unless otherwise specified at the time of ordering.

The customer is responsible for providing a correct email address and ensuring they can access the provided ticket.

The ticket may be presented at the entrance in digital form on a suitable mobile device or - where technically supported - in printed form.

§ 6 Ticket code and multiple use

Each ticket - and any QR code, barcode, or other access code contained thereon - is valid only to the extent intended.

If a ticket code is duplicated or shared with multiple persons, generally only the first successful use of the valid code entitles the holder to admission.

Once successfully validated, the ticket cannot be used again.

The customer is responsible for protecting ticket codes against unauthorized access.

§ 7 No right of withdrawal

For contracts concerning services related to leisure activities, there is no statutory right of withdrawal pursuant to Section 312g (2) No. 9 of the German Civil Code (BGB) if a specific date or period is scheduled for the service.

Since tickets offered via the ticket shop are generally purchased for events with a specific date or period, there is no statutory right of withdrawal for such ticket purchases.

Ticket purchases are therefore binding once the contract has been concluded.

§ 8 Returns and Exchanges

As a general rule, the return or exchange of properly purchased tickets for personal reasons is excluded.

This applies in particular if the customer is unable to attend the event due to personal circumstances, illness, scheduling conflicts, late arrival, or comparable reasons.

Statutory rights of the customer - particularly in the event of cancellation, rescheduling, or a significant change to the event - remain unaffected by this.

§ 9 Cancellation or rescheduling of an event

If an event must be cancelled or rescheduled, ticket holders will be notified - wherever possible - using the contact details provided at the time of purchase, as well as via the website or other communication channels, as applicable.

In the event of a definitive cancellation of the event, claims for a refund shall be governed by statutory provisions.

In the event that the event is rescheduled, information will be provided regarding the continued validity of the tickets and any available options for returning them.

Statutory rights of ticket holders remain unaffected.

§ 10 Changes to the event schedule

Changes to the event schedule, start times, specific program items, or announced artists may become necessary for organizational, artistic, or other objective reasons.

Provided that a change does not fundamentally alter the nature of the event and remains reasonable for the attendee, it does not automatically entitle the attendee to a refund of the ticket price.

Statutory rights in the event of significant changes to the event remain unaffected.

§ 11 Admission and Right of Admission

The purchase of a ticket entitles the holder to admission only subject to the statutory provisions, official requirements, and permissible conditions of entry applicable to the specific event.

The right of the event organizer or the venue operator to exercise authority over the premises remains unaffected.

Visitors may be denied admission or expelled from the event, in particular, if there is an objective reason for doing so. This may apply, for instance, in the following cases:

  • significant intoxication or being visibly under the influence of other intoxicating substances,

  • aggressive, threatening, or significantly disruptive behavior,

  • carrying prohibited or dangerous objects,

  • violations of legal regulations,

  • violations of the house rules,

  • harassment, discrimination, violence, or threats against other persons,

  • endangering one's own safety or the safety of other guests or staff.

The statutory rights of the parties involved remain unaffected.

§ 12 Age restrictions and youth protection

Attendance at the events is subject to statutory regulations regarding the protection of minors as well as any additional age restrictions expressly specified for the respective event.

The organizer reserves the right to request suitable proof of age upon entry.

Admission may be refused if the required proof of age cannot be provided or if the age requirements applicable to the event are not met.

The mere purchase of a ticket does not waive statutory age restrictions or those expressly announced.

§ 13 Transfer of tickets

Unless a ticket is expressly personalized or marked as non-transferable, it may generally be passed on to another person.

Commercial resale of tickets without the prior consent of the organizer is not permitted.

Special conditions may apply to the transfer of personalized tickets. These are specified at the time of purchase or in relation to the specific ticket type.

§ 14 Loss of tickets

In the event of the loss of an electronic ticket, the customer may contact the event organizer.

The ticket may be reissued if the original purchase can be clearly verified and it can be technically ensured that this does not enable unauthorized multiple use.

A claim for the issuance of a replacement ticket exists only within the scope of statutory provisions.

§ 15 Audio, photo, and video recordings

The regulations announced for the specific event and venue apply to any photography, filming, video recording, and audio recording.

Any prohibition on photography or video recording by visitors within the Geheimclub must be observed.

Regardless of this, statutory provisions - particularly those concerning personality rights, copyright, and data protection - remain unaffected.

§ 16 Liability

The organizer is liable without limitation in cases of intent and gross negligence, as well as for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health.

In the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations due to simple negligence, liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical of the contract.

Essential contractual obligations are those obligations the fulfillment of which is a prerequisite for the proper performance of the contract and upon the observance of which the contractual partner may regularly rely.

Liability under mandatory statutory provisions remains unaffected.

§ 17 Privacy Policy

Personal data is processed in connection with ticket sales in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.

Further information regarding the processing of personal data can be found in the privacy policy of the ticket shop or the website.

§ 18 Final Provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.

In the case of consumers, this choice of law applies only to the extent that it does not deprive them of the protection afforded by mandatory provisions of the state of their habitual residence.

Individual agreements between the organizer and the customer take precedence over these General Terms and Conditions.

Should individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, the content of the contract shall be governed by statutory provisions in that respect.
